You have 30 days from delivery to return anything in a resaleable condition, with its accessories and packaging.
Faulty items
A fault inside the warranty period is repaired, replaced or refunded — your choice — and return postage is on us.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds return to the method you paid with. A shop may also offer store credit, usually at a slightly higher value; where both are offered you are shown what each is worth before you choose.
