Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days. Express delivery, where offered, is next working day for orders placed before 2pm.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over the threshold shown in your basket. Below it, the charge is calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you pay — never after.
Tracking
Every order has a tracking reference. You can follow it from the Track order page without an account, using the reference and the phone number on the order.
